The Contract Between Us Floors4Home require payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Once payment information and order details have been received Floors4Home will confirm that your order has been received and will then process the order, you will receive an email to this affect. Floors4Home acceptance of your order will then be confirmed by a further email once stock availability has been checked. Price & Payment The prices quoted on the web site include VAT but are subject to a subsidised “flat fee” delivery charge of £15.00, orders over £350.00 delivered free with our standard delivery. Quoted prices do not form part of a legally binding contract until our acceptance of your order. Cancellation If for some reason you wish to cancel your order before delivery please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been packed and dispatched we will cancel your order and refund full payment to your credit card. If the goods have already been packed and or dispatched we may be able to cancel the delivery, however, you will still have incurred the subsidised delivery charge. The balance of the account minus the delivery charge will be refunded. If within 7 days of receipt of goods you wish to return them then this can be arranged provided that you pay the full return shipping costs, this cost will be deducted from your account. The full delivery cost will be as per our chosen carrier, Night Freight. The balance of your account minus the shipping costs will be refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition. (The return shipping costs may not be the same as your original delivery charge as this is subsidised.) If you would like to arrange your own return shipping please let us know and this can be accommodated. The goods must not have been cut into and should be adequately wrapped We regret that we cannot accept returns once the carpet has been cut into or used in any other way. Returning Substitute Goods
If the product you order becomes unavailable we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to arrange a full refund or allow you to select a similar product with any difference in price being collected or returned. We do not supply substitute products without your approval. Shading and The Effects of Normal Use
In common with all pile fabrics, carpets may shade. This occurs when the pile is brushed or lies in different directions and therefore reflects light differently. The extent to which your carpet will show the effects of shading depends upon its construction, design and use. Some carpets, such as Saxony, will probably show your footprints and this is a shading effect. This is not a manufacturing defect and will not affect the wear life of your carpet. Carpets will also flatten with time. Colour
A great deal of effort has been made to ensure the colours of carpets shown in photography on this site are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different from monitor to monitor. We therefore strongly recommend that you take advantage of our sample service. Dye batches can also vary and therefore it may be possible that your carpet does vary slightly from the sample. It is however very rare that this difference is significant enough to cause a problem.
